Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
• Provide an exceptional guest experience
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Work closely with the owners on planning, events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Passionate about food, service, and building a positive team culture
• Passion for cocktails, wine, or coffee
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
