Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To perform supervisor duties and work in a non-air-conditioned working environment.


Responsibilities

  1. Assist the management on daily operational matters
  2. Provide customer service and attend to customer enquiries
  3. Arrange maintenance schedules for equipment and perform routine inspections
  4. On-site troubleshooting including service standards & technical issues for different types of appliances to ensure smooth and productive operations
  5. Conduct assessor role in confined spaces as required
  6. Work on standby mode (company mobile SIM card will be provided) to attend to any emergency situations, especially after midnight
  7. Coordinate with suppliers on stock ordering & delivery
  8. Guide part-time staff on stock arrangement and replenishment
  9. May be required to hand carry up to 25 kg
  10. Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  1. Related experience in any industry, preferably with service or maintenance experience
  2. Able to get along with team members with lower education
  3. Must work under stress and tight schedules
  4. Able to work midnight shift: 10pm to 6am daily
  5. Overtime may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues’ medical leave or absences
  6. Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
  7. Working location may change with short notice, and only public transportation expenses can be reimbursed
