About The Role

Far East Organization’s Sales and Leasing Group manages a large and diverse portfolio of quality real estate for sale and lease to suit different business and individual needs. The group’s portfolio comprises residential, office, industrial and medical units across the island with over 1,000 units for sale and 6.5 million square feet of lettable space. As Singapore’s largest private property developer and residential landlord, the group’s wide array of housing options seek to serve the extensive needs of buyers and investors as well as the expatriate and local communities looking for long-term stays. The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sales and marketing of Far East properties, contributing to the individual, department, and organization sales targets. This is delivered with a strong network of customer and agent relationship, including discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option documents
• Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
• Build value-based customer and agent relationships
• Responsible for upholding the professional conduct of all sales-related functions, which include attending to sales enquiries of prospective buyers and converting them to sales transactions
• Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
• Proactive in giving feedback on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Department
• Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities

About You

• A Diploma / Degree preferably in Business, Real Estate, or any equivalent discipline
• Minimally 2 years of sales experience, involving cold calling and hunting for leads
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
• Resourceful, self-driven and articulate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• The ability to work on weekends and statutory holidays due to the nature of the industry and job requirements

*Sales Consultants are not required to hold a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license

• Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
• Strong agent and clients' network
• Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
