Supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, report defects or non-conformances, and coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP) and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Provide onsite supervision and maintain accurate site records, ensuring all works align with approved plans.
Oversee safety, environmental, and health matters, ensuring contractors follow relevant regulations.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the QP and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Assist in reviewing contractor's drawings, method statements, and procedures for proper execution on-site.
Supervise the installation and monitoring of instrumentation, ensuring compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year as an RTO.
Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
Possess good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
