Assist and report to the Resident Architect (RA) on all site activities, incidents, and near-misses.
Report any non-compliance issues to the RA and QP Archi.
Supervise and monitor works (replacement, extension, and reconfiguration) associated with civil and infrastructure works.
Inspect and monitor the quality of architectural finishing material delivered to the site.
Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with safety regulations and project requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions, etc.
Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety per MOM regulations.
Conduct standing supervision for critical site activities.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and risk assessment policies.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any coordination issues related to SWC tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Review and approve method statements, material submissions, and other required documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any issues identified during the review of method statements and material submissions.
Requirement
Recognised Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering with valid RTO Accreditation Certificate from IES would be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context.
Familiar with drawings, safety requirements, and standards.
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
Experience in LTA or MRT projects is an added advantage.
