Resident Technical officer (M&E- Changi East/Kranji)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works

• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants

• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) is a must.

• At least 1 year experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project

• Location of the project: Changi East (pick up service at Tenah Merah MRT)/Kranji (pick up service at Yew Tee)
