Resident Technical Officer - M&E

Project: SIT Campus @ Punggol

Job Description:

1. Assist Job Director/Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
2. Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
3. Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
4. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawings and specifications.
5. Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
6. Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
7. Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
8. Maintain site records.
9. Able to commence in February/March will be an advantage.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
3. Preferably with electrical base experience in school, office, retail, residential and mixed development.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
