Resident Technical Officer / Clerk-of-Works

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
2. Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
3. Supervise and enforce site quality control;
4. Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BCA registered with recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering;
2. Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution;
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works.
