RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Resident Technical Officer

Salary range: 4.5 k to 5.5 k

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction & architecture related works, maintain building quality control and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, drawings, instruction etc.
• Supervision of the construction of the structural works under the Building Control Act and to render all assistance as may be required by the consultant.
• Familiar with PPVC Construction would be an advantage.
• To carry out all duties required of a RTO under the BCA regulation.

• Well-versed in Local (Singapore) Regulatory Requirements, i.e. Approved Document, Accessibility Code, FSSD requirement.
• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing.

Job Role Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ local (Singapore) experience as a C&S / Architectural RTO.
• Possess a valid RTO Certificate.
• Experience in HDB BTO projects.
• Registered with IES/ACES.
• Good command of AutoCAD/IT knowledge.
• Able to work independently with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to follow up tasks & meet deadlines under pressure.
• Sense of responsibility.
