Resident Technical Officer

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of structural & architectural works. Experience in commercial and/or institutional projects will be an advantage.

2. Relevant experience in RC footings, RC works, and structural steel works.

3. Relevant experience in architectural building works, ID finishing fit-out works, and coordination.

4. Must be fully conversant with the Building Control Act and Regulations.

Possession of a valid practicing certificate from ACES/IES for RTO or relevant Diploma in Building/NCCS Certification/JAC Accredited.
