Resident Physician (Urgent Care Centre)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Urgent Care Centre (UCC), you will attend to patients to deliver consistent and reliable clinical services of the highest standards, building up a satisfying professional outpatient practice. You will actively promote clinically appropriate services to patients and corporate clients, adding years of quality life to families.

In addition, you may be granted hospital admitting rights and provide continuity of clinical care for your patients in the inpatient ward where necessary. You may be called upon to carry out clinical reviews or minor procedures like venipunctures and intravenous cannulations.

Requirements:

• A recognized Medical Degree and full registration with Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• Post graduate academic qualifications and/or registration in the Register of Family Physicians would be an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience, with relevant training to handle O&G and/or Paediatric cases.
• Able to commit to 42 hours a week including occasional weekends and night shifts of at least 12 hours per shift, where necessary
