Responsibilities

• You will be part of the team of doctors, working alongside nurses, therapists, pharmacists, social workers, care coordinators, and pastoral workers providing holistic care to our patients.
• Inpatient Rehabilitation and Subacute Care

Pre-requisites:

• Existing registration with Singapore Medical Council or basic medical degree from recognised universities
• Be in active clinical practice for the past 3 years
• Postgraduate training in geriatric medicine, palliative medicine, and/or family medicine is preferred
