Oversee a team of technical supervisors on-site to ensure all activities align with regulations and client specifications.
Report to the C&S Qualified Person (QP) and collaborate closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to supervise on-site operations, address any issues, and ensure timely project completion.
The appointed individual must demonstrate proficiency in supervising structural work by identifying any discrepancies in the contractor's work.
They should possess a strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents related to the tasks at hand.
Additionally, the appointee should have a thorough understanding of local requirements, particularly in relation to BCA’s criteria for buildability and safety assurance systems.
Regular site inspections should be conducted to ensure the builder's compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Manage site supervisors regarding C&S engineering tasks.
Attend site meetings focused on progress, variations, and coordination, while also interpreting drawings and contract documents for the work to be performed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in LTA projects.
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
