Resident Engineer (Consultancy/ RE Tunnel Certificate )

Job Description:

• Supervise underground building and civil infrastructure works as Resident Engineer (RE), ensuring compliance with client specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, review drawings, monitor progress, and maintain quality records.
• Perform independent checks for temporary support systems and provide feedback on contractor submissions.
• Oversee safety, environmental, and health compliance on-site, supporting Senior Resident Engineers and QP.

About You:

• Experience in underground or viaduct works.
• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or accredited QSS qualification by IES/ACES.
• At least 5 years of RE experience on LTA (MRT/tunneling) or PUB projects.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical works and Singapore Building Regulations.
• Analytical, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
