Managing a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure all works comply fully with regulatory and client’s requirements.
Working closely with our project management team, professional engineers, clients, contractors, and local regulatory authorities to provide planning, design, and supervision leadership, including solving site problems.
Monitoring all geotechnical and instrumentation works on site to ensure compliance with design criteria and permissible tolerance of instrumentation movements as specified by the Qualified Person (Design).
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a resident engineer.
Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid resident engineer certification for the past five years.
Relevant experience in supervising substructure construction, bore piling works, and structural steel works.
Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents related to the works to be carried out.
A good team player with experience in leading a team of resident technical officers.
