The Job

• Ensure all site activities adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site supervision, maintaining quality control and enforcing safety compliance.
• Identify and rectify non-compliance in structural and architectural works while reviewing construction drawings and contract documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to MOM health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and as-built submissions.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, eligible for PE Board registration, and accredited with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.
• At least 5 years' experience in multi-storey building and basement construction, with expertise in steel, precast structures, and healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and compliance requirements for civil and structural engineering.
• Proven leadership in managing Resident Technical Officers and supervising site teams.
• Excellent ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD for documentation and reporting.
