Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, videoconferencing equipment, projectors).
  2. Daily operational health checks for the IT infrastructure.
  3. Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
  4. Manage Intune and Endpoint Manager services, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management.
  5. Setup and deploy new desktop/laptop computers and the associated software, including Azure Active Directory (AD) administration.
  6. Support service request and incident management to provide quality end-user services.
  7. Ensure and follow standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
  8. Work closely with various teams of engineers (internal & external) for troubleshooting.
  9. Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  10. Assist his/her immediate supervisor in the definition methods for issue resolution and prevention.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)
  2. Ability to communicate fluently and write in the English language.
  3. People with 3-5 years of IT related working experience are preferred.
  4. Troubleshooting skills for IT support.
  5. Knowledge in TCIP/DHCP and Windows security.
  6. Looking for candidates with a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space.
  7. Candidate should be customer-oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
