THE MISSION? You are the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are in good hands. You handle all the functions of personalized and warm telephone reception (or by email), reflecting the image of Mama. You respond quickly to requests received by email and apply the company’s pricing policy while keeping up-to-date statistics for other departments. You have a team spirit, and your colleagues can count on you.
