Reservation Executive (Travel Industry)

• Working days & hours: 5 days, 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Salary: $2300 - $3000 + AWS
• Working location: Tanjong Pagar

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/MICE travel trends and requirements.

Job duties:

• Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
• Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
• Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.
