NUS Department of Computer Science is seeking an exceptional postdoctoral researcher to lead a cutting-edge collaborative project with a leading tech company, developing a next-generation global overlay network. The project aims to design and implement a high-performance communication infrastructure capable of supporting complex real-time services across diverse geographical regions. The candidate should possess experience or interest in the relevant areas:

• Advanced knowledge of real-time communication systems
• Experience with video conferencing and low-latency network protocols
• Strong background in network design and performance optimization
• Proficiency in system architecture and distributed computing paradigms

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related discipline
• Demonstrated expertise in computer networking and distributed systems
• Research experience in low-latency communication technologies is a plus
• Good publication record in top-tier academic conferences and journals
