Research Associate (6-month contract)

• Office hours with hybrid work arrangement
• Up to $3500

Job Description:

• Conduct detailed and in-depth research literature reviews
• Analyse both unstructured and structured data for impactful insights
• Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques
• Assist with statistical models and identify trends for reporting
• Assist with visualisation and descriptive commentary of research reports

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in either Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences or Humanities
• 6 months internship experience as research specialist or any related experience in social research would be an added advantage
• Sound understanding of quantitative research methods
• Strong data analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights
• Proficient in MS Excel and SPSS
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) for stakeholder engagements
