Research Assistant (Enzyme Catalysis), ChBE (27948)

Job Description

• The Research Assistant will work in a recently granted project to develop enzymes and cascade biotransformations for the synthesis of high-value chemicals from renewable feedstock.
• The research tasks include biocatalytic cascade reaction engineering, enzyme engineering, and biotransformations for high-yielding production of high-value chemicals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, or biology.
• Experience in biotransformations and/or bioprocess development.
• Good communication skills in oral and written English.
