Resale Endowment Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic Resale Endowment Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of the resale endowment market in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our offerings in the resale endowment sector. While CMFAS certifications are not required, a strong background in sales and finance, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the resale endowment market in Singapore.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
3. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
4. Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality in all client interactions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and client service processes.
8. Provide timely reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
2. Strong understanding of financial products, particularly endowment plans.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
6. Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any field, with a preference for business, finance, or marketing disciplines.
