How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

The Reliability Engineer ensures efficient execution of maintenance and reliability programs, including scheduled turnaround events, to maintain continuous gas supply and meet customer needs. You will leverage organizational capabilities, adhere to safety standards, and align with company objectives to achieve safety targets and business goals.

  1. Safety & Reliability
    • Actively engage in safety meetings and foster a culture of safety among the workforce.
    • Ensure the facility operates in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, while maintaining environmental protection standards.
  2. Turnaround Management
    • Lead planning, execution, and closure of turnaround activities.
    • Track daily progress, ensure timely equipment handovers, and manage the availability of spare parts.
    • Oversee budget planning and monitor expenses during turnaround execution.
  3. Asset Performance Management
    • Participate in assessments of maintenance maturity and execute maintenance and reliability programs in line with the company’s strategy.
    • Lead projects to improve maintenance management tools and serve as the MAXIMO Target/KPI assessor.
    • Prepare monthly MAXIMO KPI reports for maintenance managers and ensure compliance with requirements, while maintaining data accuracy in MAXIMO.
  4. Inventory & Critical Spare Management
    • Maintain an effective inventory management system to ensure critical spare parts are available for both routine and emergency maintenance.
    • Approve inventory movement requests and collaborate with the maintenance team to track inventory and spare part transactions.
    • Participate in monthly KPI reviews with the warehouse team and support stock-taking exercises for financial accuracy.
  5. IMS Functions
    • Take part in IMS review sessions, ensuring that the maintenance program aligns with company policies and reliability strategies.
    • Participate in audits related to maintenance and reliability, ensuring all procedures meet internal and external standards.
  6. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CARE Implementation
    • Contribute to RCA sessions focused on reliability issues.
    • Lead MAXIMO implementation and ensure it supports reliability improvement initiatives.
  7. Training & Qualification
    • Train subordinates and ensure timely completion of Learning Management System (LMS) courses.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory training requirements, keeping the team qualified and knowledgeable.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or turnaround planning is advantageous.
  • Understanding of process equipment and maintenance management practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across various sites within Singapore as required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
  • Minimum 2 years and above of relevant experiences.
