As a Relationship Manager, you will provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients by offering a wide range of investment, insurance, and banking products. Your primary goal is to help clients achieve their wealth accumulation, protection, and retirement planning goals, while meeting or exceeding your own sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
Build strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and outreach.
Conduct financial needs analysis to understand client goals and recommend suitable solutions.
Advise clients on investment products, life and general insurance, and banking services.
Stay current with market trends and product knowledge to provide effective wealth planning advice.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards (MAS, AML, KYC) are met.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product specialists, branch staff) to deliver holistic solutions.
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in wealth advisory, relationship management, or financial planning is a plus
CMFAS Certifications: M5, M9, M9A, HI (M8/M8A for ILPs is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset
Familiar with investment and insurance products, and risk profiling
Digitally savvy and adaptable to new technology tools
