Job Description - Relationship Manager, Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") Coverage (240001JQ)

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Global TMT team at OCBC, spearheading strategic initiatives to broaden, expand and deepen relationships for a portfolio of TMT corporate clients globally.

What You Do

• Origination of corporate and investment banking business across TMT sectors, with deeper focus on semiconductors, hardware, and software segments.
• Originate and lead execution of mandate covering various product offerings including Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets & M&A Advisory, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, and Treasury.
• Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and meeting deal execution timelines.

Who You Are

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate & investment banking, involving loan syndication, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, and merger & acquisition advisory related transactions.
• Good knowledge and experience in TMT and understanding of the relevant geopolitical situation.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Maintain discipline in planning of daily activities to support the strategic directions of the Global TMT team.
• Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research.
