Relationship Manager, Real Estate Investments (SG Only)

Our client is a Family Office specialising in Private Equity Real Estate Investments.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: $6,000 - $9,000
• Commissions: 0.5% of Total Funds Raised per project (paid upon project completion, typically 2-3 years)
• Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of annual Sales Targets
• Employee Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave and free basic outpatient treatment

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Accredited Investors for participation in Private Real Estate Acquisition and Development Funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional client servicing to build satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Existing network of Onshore/Offshore Accredited Investors, ideally with funds already deployed in Singapore
• Min 1-3 years of experience in Investment Management, Wealth/Portfolio Management, or related fields
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented professional
