Relationship Manager (Onshore)

LMA Recruitment is partnering with one of Singapore’s longest established banks, with a strong presence in Asia. The bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services to meet the diverse needs of its customers, including personal banking, business banking, and wealth management. They are currently looking for a highly skilled Relationship Manager (Onshore).

What You'll Do :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice.
• Drive growth by acquiring new Premier Banking customers and enhancing the client base.
• Provide market insights, financial solutions, and expert guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications/Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience preferably in managing the affluent segment, and show consistent sales performance.
• Recognised university degree.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
• Creative and possess the initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
