What You Do

  • Proactively engage in various business development efforts to grow/acquire regional customers in the Food and Agricultural/Agri segment.
  • Work closely with overseas colleagues and product partners to identify and crystallise opportunities across the entire value chain in Singapore and overseas markets.
  • Independent liaison and collaboration with product partners as well as supporting units of the Bank to cross-sell trade, treasury, cash management, and capital markets products.
  • Responsible for setting and driving account strategy, deepening client relationships for accounts under the RM’s direct care.
  • Able to lead discussions with clients to structure financing solutions tailored to specific needs.
  • Responsible for preparing credit proposals and reviews (including preparing in-depth credit risk analysis and close follow-through of the credit submissions).
  • Monitor and manage accounts actively to ensure portfolio health, and take timely action when necessary.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in the Food & Agri sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in Structured Trade Finance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong credit, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasting skills, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset, and a good team player.
  • Well-versed with the Food and Agri landscape and trends.
