Regulatory Legal Counsel – Financial Institution

We are instructed on an excellent opportunity with a global financial institution who are looking to hire a regulatory lawyer to join their legal team in Hong Kong or Singapore. This hire will be providing high level legal advice to numerous business units on the latest financial services regulatory updates. This role is with a top platform, who are heavily invested in the region and are looking to further expand their legal department.

Candidates should be 3+PQE with experience advising financial institutions on a broad range of non-contentious regulatory matters. Lawyers with prior exposure to MiFID/Dodd Frank Act/EMIR/ESG are highly sought after. Chinese language skills are not required.
