Regional Talent Acquisition VP – Banking – Wealth

We are partnering with a global bank to appoint a commercial and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead (VP level) to partner with the Wealth Management / Private Banking businesses, leading hiring for their business areas. You will be excellent at building relationships and stakeholder engagement with the Regional Leadership team, appreciate the importance of candidate experience, and be naturally process-driven. You will also be responsible for leading MD & D level hiring across your business areas, as well as leading internal mobility within your client groups, alongside the appointment of external talent.

This will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex, international, and collaborative financial services environment in a busy and high-touch business-facing role. You will be experienced in talent strategy such as employer branding, vetting candidates, and enhancing the candidate experience, liaising with external vendors, and acting as a trusted advisor to your client groups.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who has a track record operating as a Regional Wealth Management and/or Private Banking TA Lead (VP / SVP equivalent) in another global financial services organisation, based in Singapore, who is looking for a new and exciting chapter of their career.
