With a rapidly expanding global presence, they provide cutting-edge financial services to clients around the world. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote) to join their dynamic HR team and drive the recruitment strategy across the APAC region. This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the APAC region, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent for various functions within their growing fintech company.

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the APAC region, aligning with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g., product, technology, operations, marketing) to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with the broader recruitment strategy.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
• Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles across the APAC region.
• Identify and engage with passive candidates, establishing strong relationships to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting its culture, values, and employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the fintech space.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial application to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to enhance the company's employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on recruiting metrics, trends, and progress toward hiring targets.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire, candidate quality, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Stay current on talent trends, market conditions, and best practices in the APAC region, particularly within the fintech and tech industries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, and HR policies in multiple APAC countries.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years of experience recruiting across the APAC region, preferably in the fintech, technology, or financial services sectors.
• Experience working remotely and managing remote teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the regional labor market, cultural nuances, and hiring regulations across APAC countries.
• Expertise in using talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven and able to leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve results.
