Regional Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates from Polytechnic or ITE with qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering to start their careers in a dynamic and rewarding field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across the assigned region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Provide comprehensive on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Ensure equipment is operating effectively, efficiently and meets all safety standards and requirements
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentations
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Travel regionally to meet service commitments (40%).

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or 1-3 years working experience from Polytechnic/ITE with a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Only Singapore citizen or Permanent Residents
