Regional Senior Logistics Executive

Onitsuka Tiger Company was established as an in-house company under ASICS Corporation on 1 October 2018. Likewise, Onitsuka Tiger SEA (Southeast Asia) is an in-house company under the legal entity ASICS Asia. We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated Regional Senior Logistics Executive to actively engage in and support our business development initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage shipments from Origin to SEA subsidiaries ensuring compliance with company and country customs and regulations
  - Verification of shipping documents
  - Verification of customs documents
  - Management of system processes
  - Management of shipment booking with forwarders
  - Act as main point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders such as merchandising and logistics team
• Work with local WH and regional logistics teams to ensure smooth logistics in & outbound processes
• Planning and prioritising shipments for special items such as collaboration pieces to ensure they are delivered and launched on time
• Implement and execute effective tracking systems to monitor shipment status and provide accurate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Process improvement and continuous improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in retail or fashion industry will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and ASEAN FT COOs
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP experience is a plus
