The Regional Senior Brand Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing brand communication strategies across multiple markets within APAC region. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong regional project management skill and understanding of brand positioning, integrated marketing communications, and consumer insights with the ability to adapt strategies to various cultural contexts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Integrated Marketing Communications: Develop and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across advertising, Public Relations, digital, social media, events, and in-store experiences.
Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Use data analytics, market feedback, and consumer insights to inform decision-making, track performance, and refine brand strategies across the region.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between local markets and headquarters, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, creative direction, and execution timelines. Work with external agencies and local partners to ensure impactful execution of campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across all channels and markets in the region. Provide training and guidance to local teams on brand positioning and identity.
New Product Launches: Lead and coordinate regional product launches, ensuring timely and effective promotion across all markets. Work closely with the product development and sales teams to maximize launch impact.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget for the region, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Reporting & Performance Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the performance of marketing initiatives and brand health. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communication roles within the consumer electronics industry or fast-consumer goods.
Proven experience in managing multi-country brand campaigns.
Experience working with advertising agencies or managing regional brand projects is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing, including content strategy and influencer marketing.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
