Our client is a renowned Japanese medical equipment manufacturer seeking a Regional Sales Senior/Executive to manage client relationships and drive business expansion across the Southeast Asia and Oceania regions.

You will be reporting to the Branch Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Sales
   - Responsible for achieving sales targets for the said territories.
   - Initiate and implement effective sales strategies.
   - Conduct sales analysis to gain insights into sales trends.
   - Perform sales and inventory forecasting for the assigned territories.
   - Regular visits to hospitals and doctors for direct promotion of Asahi products.
   - Prepare quotation and tender documents.
2. Marketing
   - Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
   - Conduct sales and product training for employees and distributors.
   - Conduct market surveys and product evaluation, gather competitors’ information and customer feedback for product improvement.
   - Manage product complaints efficiently.
   - Organize workshops, product presentations, trade exhibitions or any other promotion activities.
3. Management
   - Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
   - Identify and report on business opportunities in the target market.
   - Work with Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure qualifications of new products.
   - Work with Marketing staff for product launch and implementation of promotion programs.
   - Ensure proper management of samples, marketing materials, promotion funds, and other related resources.
   - Follow and execute tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 years of Sales/Marketing experience with a proven track record in the medical equipment industry (catheters, cardiovascular systems, radiation products) or pharmaceutical products related to circulatory organs.
- Regional exposure, with the ability to undertake frequent business trips.
