Regional Sales Manager (Oilfield / Japan & Korea Market)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in onshore / offshore O&G and energy construction projects, and they are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the APAC region, with a primary focus on the Japan and Korea markets.

The Job:

• Develop new account and handle key account by working closely with global commercial team.
• Conduct market analysis and networking to uncover business opportunities.
• Assess client requirements and build a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend meetings (face-to-face and web-based) with potential and existing customers in the region by giving presentations.
• Work alongside with engineering and proposal team to deliver comprehensive solution.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in handling substantial O&G and marine construction projects within APAC. Good knowledge in Japan and Korea market is highly preferred.
• Softskills / Personality: Sales hunting mindset, initiative, disciplined and high energy
• 50% travelling within APAC region
