• Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for accuracy in SEA.
• Integrate these processes with other organizational planning efforts.
• Lead the sales team on aligning objectives with business goals.
• Assign sales quotas and allocate financial objectives across channels.
• Optimize sales personnel deployment and recommend productivity enhancements.
• Ensure timely sales reporting to management and coordinate accurate initiatives.
• Design competitive sales incentive programs in SEA.
