We are one of the largest Membrane manufacturers in Asia, specializing in Ultrafiltration, NanoFiltration, & Reverse Osmosis. Currently, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Membranes.
This role reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Leads and executes sales activities in the region to achieve revenue objectives.
Partners with management in setting and executing the market strategy. Negotiates orders and establishes contracts with both industrial and municipal customers.
Builds relationships at the top levels of key accounts that benefit membrane business, including OEMs, engineering firms, consultants, key municipalities, and governments.
Manages the strategic partner network and is responsible for selling specific product lines to municipal markets.
Develops sales forecasts and objectives for each territory within the region.
Participates in new product recommendations and introduction to the market.
Monitors competitive market; maintains consistent approach throughout sales region and increased base business revenue.
Supports marketing efforts for new technologies.
Monitors the status of water industry projects from publications and other sources.

Requirements & Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of managerial experience with local or regional exposure, specifically handling membrane products or similar technologies.
Proven expertise in the technical selling process within the water treatment industry.
Strong understanding and practical experience with water chemistry concepts, fluid flow, water pressure, and technical writing standards.
Willingness to travel as and when required as part of the role.
