Head of Sales is responsible for APAC business portfolio in Heavy Vehicle Components & Industrial Mobility Solutions.
The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Office Location: West
- Work Hours: Mon to Fri
- Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 + Allowance & Profit Sharing

The Job:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and set team targets to drive revenue growth.
- Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build strong client relationships, oversee customer acquisition and retention, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and provide data-driven sales reports to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, represent sales in leadership meetings, and drive business expansion through strategic pricing and client acquisition.
The Talent:
- Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant technical discipline
- 5 - 7 years of sales experience in heavy vehicle parts or industrial machinery
