Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering the agreed-upon Gross Margins for the business while maintaining high levels of staff commitment and customer satisfaction and retention in accordance with the Group's IMS.
  2. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Management to achieve corporate governance, business expansion, and tactical management of the Group's operations to realize the Group Vision.
  3. Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  4. Achieving revenue targets as per the Board of Directors-approved financial estimates.
  5. Ensuring that team members are highly skilled and motivated to provide results that align with the Group's vision.
  6. Adhering to group policy and procedures without exception.
  7. Maintaining expenses within budget as indicated in the financial estimates.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Marine/Maritime background as a sales and marketing executive.
  2. At least seven years of experience in a reputable maritime services company.
  3. A visionary background in the maritime business.
  4. Dedicated, focused, and ambitious to innovate within a maritime business.
  5. Ability to view the company holistically and contribute equally to the group and the business.
  6. Good communication skills and the ability to manage and lead others.
