Regional Sales Manager (Flavors)

The position:

A key position reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives & goals

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and secure new accounts – on a local & regional basis (South East Asia & beyond),
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors,
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D and Marketing to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives,
• Provide market insights, feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development (creative team) and to support the development of marketing strategies,
• Prepare and present sales budget, forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management on a regular basis.
  

Requirements:

• Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field with at least 3 years of sales experience.
• You should have a proven track record in flavours or food ingredient sales.
• To be successful in this role, you are self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of taking initiative without constant supervision.
• A reliable team player who collaborates well with others to achieve shared goals.
