Regional Sales Manager (EPC / Ex proof / Electrical / Oil & Gas / SEA / Hunter)

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the energy sector (mainly Oil & Gas) for projects and maintenance orders with EPCs and contractors in Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia. Focus on selling products like Junction boxes, Local control stations, Panels, and Switch racks.

• Build relationships with direct customers and create a local team or agents in target markets to win EPC project business.

• Target and pursue projects from key owners, EPCs, and regions. Identify project opportunities early and develop strategies to secure orders.

• Work on getting products listed as approved vendors for major Oil & Gas companies, national oil companies, and consultants.

• Maintain and grow the current customer base by building strong relationships and gathering information on upcoming projects.

• Develop new accounts, including project owners, consultants, and EPCs, to promote products and increase awareness through product presentations.

• Explore opportunities for growth in assigned regions to increase company sales.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and report on their movements in key projects. Recommend actions to management.

• Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, customer visits, and project progress.

Requirements

• 7 – 10 years of sales experience (Electrical, electronics, explosion proof, instrumentation products) to EPC in SEA, Korea & Japan is advantageous.

• Travel overseas as needed.

• Possess own Class 3 vehicle.
