Driving business planning with key accounts to achieve top and bottom-line targets.
Lead and engage partners in regular Joint Business Planning and business reviews.
Work closely with our local distributor to prioritize key business initiatives, formulate and execute strategic plan together locally.
Responsible for providing country’s sales forecast (12 months rolling), plan shipment of stocks, tracking of performance vs targets and LY performance.
Review accuracy of country's forecast & rolling estimates against the business plan, market insights, and phasing.
Requirements
Experienced Sales Manager/ Area Manager, or similar sales role in consumer electronics industry/products.
In-depth understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, trends etc.
Experienced in Channel management, understand retail store operations, strong in sales planning.
