Oversee business development, identify new market opportunities, drive overall sales growth in APAC.
Customise, implement and monitor marketing and sales strategies for application in each country.
Build relationships with key accounts and property developers, construction companies, etc.
Gather market information on turnkey projects, new constructions and take ownership of such projects to see them successfully concluded.
Identify and develop new accounts.
Stay abreast of market developments, trends, competitor activities, products etc and take necessary course of action.
Achieve assigned sales quota in designated market and meet assigned expectations for profitability.
Requirements:
Willingness to be stationed in Hong Kong.
Able to speak and write English to communicate with Headquarters.
Recognised Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and/or distributor management.
Experience in construction or building material industries is advantageous but not a must.
Overseas experience is preferred.
Working knowledge in sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management, reporting and analyses, territory management and incentive compensation.
Capacity to formulate a compelling sales strategy for the organisation and translating that strategy into compelling messages that the team can understand and execute.
Awareness of key marketplace and industry trends within APAC.
