Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the Indonesia operations team, ensuring timely communication of decisions, updates, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution between HQ and local teams.
Drive business development in the APAC region by identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, property developers, and construction companies.
Identify, develop, and manage new accounts and turnkey project opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.
Maintain a live tracker of stock status for ongoing projects and proactively address potential shortages.
Ensure product availability aligns with project delivery schedules and confirm delivery windows.
Oversee sales, delivery, and customer service performance, escalating critical issues to HQ.
Ensure compliance with HQ’s pricing, branding, and operational SOPs across local operations.
Assist in executing product launches, campaigns, events, and project marketing activities.
Compile and deliver weekly reports on sales, stock status, customer issues, and pending actions.
Analyze trends in stock movement, customer returns, and sales performance to optimize processes.
Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting across the region.
Travel to Indonesia and other APAC countries as needed for training, coordination, and operational oversight
Requirements:
Recognised Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and/or distributor or operations management.
Experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
Previous overseas or regional experience is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse markets.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to bridge HQ and regional teams.
Willingness to travel across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Indonesia.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Familiarity with market trends and industry developments in APAC.
