Our Client is a Japanese MNC consumer electronic manufacturer company. The role of a Regional Sales Engineer role is to drive revenue growth in the Asia and Middle East markets through sales and marketing activities to distributors.

【Responsibilities】
- Expand the business of the company's solutions/products to increase overseas sales
- Maintain and network with distributors and customers to maintain the accounts, promote and expand accounts
- Be efficient in negotiating the terms, price, delivery, and specifications with distributors about the agreement or each sales contract, monitoring deliveries, and closing sales.
- Understand solutions the company offers, ranging from basic to advanced full research-grade microscope systems, and develop, and execute sales and marketing strategy
- Provide prompt support to distributors and visit overseas customers as needed.
- Participate in product launches, work on strategies and plans, and execute them.
- Demonstrate and present our solutions.
- Manage distributor credit control.
- Analyse sales data and report to management regularly.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or similar
- At least 3-5 years of regional product sales experience in the healthcare engineering field (such as microscopes, laboratories, and scientific instruments).
- Willing to travel to the regions at least once per month if necessary (Asia and the Middle East).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both speaking and listening, is essential to communicate with English and Mandarin stakeholders.
(Advantageous)
- Having microscopy usage or knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience or strong interest in working for a Japanese company.
