Regional Sales Director (Medical Robotics)

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy and Market Introduction

• Conduct in-depth market analysis of the MR and related medical robotics sectors across Asia Pacific.
• Lead the development of regional strategies and market introduction plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and related companies.
• Drive strategic initiatives that align with regional and global business goals.

Organization Development and Management

• Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth of the MR business.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Clinical and Product Engagement

• Act as a professional representative of the company during clinical and product discussions with doctors and hospital staff.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by bringing clinical insights back to internal teams to enhance product development and support.

Commercial Discussions with Hospital Management

• Lead commercial discussions with hospital management and administration teams.
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure internal alignment with market requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong understanding of the medical robotics landscape is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Clinical experiences in the medical robot industry for 2-4 years to represent the company and discuss with doctors/co-workers in the hospital.
• Commercial experiences in the medical robot industry for 2-4 years to represent the company and discuss with hospital management members.
• Willing to travel.
