Job De ion: Regional Project Manager (Thailand market) - Fintech

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with regional product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and assess project risks related to AI implementation and core banking operations, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of project management experience, ideally with experience in banking software/systems.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in banking or financial services.
Good understanding of core banking operations, regulatory requirements, and some familiarity with emerging AI trends.
Strong leadership experience and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English and Thai language is required to manage Thai speaking clients in Thailand.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
