Regional Project Manager (Salesforce Transformation / Up $13k)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations.
• My client is currently going through an important technology transformation journey involving the implementation of Salesforce and is hiring a Project Manager / Analyst. You will be participating in this Business Transformation Project to ensure that regional objectives are met during the Salesforce implementation.
• 12 months contract.
• Salary: Up to $13k.
• Candidates who are immediately available or able to start work within a short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• Experience as a business analyst in enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects for a large corporation. Understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience in drafting business requirements to serve the needs of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative.
• Collaborative, flexible, and open working style, with an ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Capacity to extract, collate, and present information in a cohesive and meaningful manner.
• Working knowledge of process documentation (Miro, Omnigraffle, Visio, etc.) & project management software (Wrike, etc.).

Job Description

• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by listening, understanding business requirements, and providing options for consideration.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with regional business stakeholders, asking probing questions that get to the real business needs, encouraging open communication between all parties, and building cooperation amongst the various business teams.
• Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology, and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.
• Understand and document regional nuances of both current and future state processes.
• Act as key point of contact with global stakeholders in charge of Salesforce program coordination and execution.
• Contribute to defining the regional roadmap for Salesforce program rollout.
• Provide advice on Salesforce best practices.
• Support data readiness in preparation for system rollout, including preparation of data to be migrated to the new system.
• Support change management and training needs for future state processes.
